We are seeking a graphic designer with strong motion design skills to create contemporary and adaptable digital solutions. You will be involved in every stage of the creative process, from brainstorming to final production, developing custom motion systems that enhance brand presence.
You will also coordinate with external collaborators such as 3D artists, musicians, and developers. Your role will include guiding these specialists to ensure their work aligns with the project's vision, maintaining smooth communication and direction throughout.

You will work effectively with both internal teams and external partners, including musicians, art directors, agencies, and developers. This role requires independence as well as teamwork, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently and present motion design concepts confidently to stakeholders and clients.
- On-site role (Barcelona, Spain)
- Partial remote work every Friday
- A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in a design studio (If you have less experience but believe your portfolio is a strong fit, please apply).
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion design systems within brand and product design.
- Proficient in After Effects, Adobe CC, and Figma.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, layout, UI, and interactions.
- Bonus: Familiarity with 3D software such as Cinema4D or Blender.
- Basic skills in coding, generative design, audio production, AR, or VR are a plus.
- Passionate about high-quality design and detail-oriented.
- Interest in collaborating with designers and developers to create product- and tech-driven narratives.
- Spanish language skills are a plus (we can help you improve if you’re just starting).
- Duration: 3-month probationary contract with the possibility of a permanent position.
- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Salary based on experience, portfolio, and skills.
- 22 days of paid vacation plus public holidays.
- Friday morning LAB sessions: Our weekly LAB is dedicated to exploring new digital approaches beyond project constraints, helping us expand creative horizons and refine our design culture.
- Independence: As an independently-owned studio, we choose projects that align with our passions and values.
- Professional development: In addition to our Friday morning LAB, you’ll receive an annual allowance for courses, classes, or conferences to keep growing and stay inspired.
- Collaborative environment: We are a small team that works closely together on all projects, valuing teamwork and collective effort.
- Educational engagement: Many team members teach design at various universities in Barcelona. While not required, we believe in sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of learning.
- Team bonding: We enjoy good food! At the end of each quarter, the team has a meal together and takes the afternoon off. The only rule is no work talk during lunch ;)
- Performance reviews: We conduct two performance reviews per year to discuss and provide feedback on your work and progress.
